Unlike land-based exercise, Aqua Aerobics lets you move freely with the support and resistance of water, reducing impact on your body while maximising your fitness. The pool is the perfect place to get active, have fun, and feel amazing for participants of all ages.
Access Aqua Aerobics with your existing All Access or Group Fitness membership, or sign up for a Flexi Swim + Aqua Aerobics and receive unlimited Public Swimming access alongside access to Aqua Aerobics classes.
