Take time out of your busy schedule with a lunch-time swim, have a go at free Yoga or Mat Pilates on the Grass, grab a group of mates and test out your skills with free court hire; the choice is yours.
What's on Offer
There are a tonne of free sessions available across the week, from group fitness classes to free court hire, and our pop-up sports activities. These sessions are open to all UWA Students, from freshers to current and returning students.
Yoga and Mat Pilates on the Grass
Perfect for participants of all levels, enjoy the serenity of a workout on the grass and prepare yourself for the big day ahead. Please bring your own mat
or towel, as limited mats are available on first come basis

Come and Try Spikeball
Spike your way into uni life! Whether you’re a seasoned player or a complete beginner, join us for a fun and friendly session where you can learn the basics, meet new friends, and enjoy some healthy competition. All skill levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary. Come down, give it a go, and discover the joy of Spikeball!
