What to bring to Australia
When you move to Perth, it is important that you bring copies of your important documents. This includes:
- Passport
- Other forms of identification, such as driver’s license and birth certificate
- Letter of Offer and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from UWA
- Copies of your previous academic qualifications
- A recent bank statement
- A printout of your electronic visa
- Medical history and any prescriptions for ongoing medication
Customs and quarantine
Australia has very strict rules about what you can bring into the country. On your journey to Perth, you will need to complete an incoming passenger card and declare if you are travelling with any food, animal products, wood or more than AUD $10,000 cash.
