Country Head: Michelle Wang
Michelle has worked in the international education industry since 2012, following the completion of her tertiary studies in Australia. She has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing, recruitment and agent and school engagement, as well as establishing partnerships with higher education, government stakeholders and the private sector in China. Michelle has been employed by UWA for eight years and currently manages the operations and recruitment strategy in China. Michelle is based in Shanghai.

Regional Manager: William Li
William joined UWA's Future Students department in 2016. With a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in management, William has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing strategy analysis, interpersonal communication and relationships development. As a Regional Manager at UWA, William is currently responsible for agent engagement, high school development and student recruitment in China. William is based in Guangzhou.

With over nine years' professional involvement in the international education sector as an education agent and, most recently, as China Marketing Manager at Study Group, John brings a wealth of knowledge to his Regional Manager role overseeing UWA’s recruitment activities in Central China. Lucia has worked in the international education industry for more than 10 years with a specific focus on marketing. She has extensive knowledge and experience in digital and partner marketing, as well as student engagement. As a Digital Engagement and Recruitment Manager for UWA, she uses her expertise to expand UWA’s official digital channels to improve UWA’s brand awareness and influence within the China market. Hope studied Film & TV and Marketing in Perth before undertaking an exchange program in Toronto, Canada. After graduating she worked abroad in Japan as an English teacher before returning to Perth. With a passion for international education, Hope has worked at UWA for over 10 years across various roles and regions, including student mobility, and previously managing the markets of the Middle East, Europe, and Central Asia. Hope currently oversees UWA's student recruitment initiatives and stakeholder relationships in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Australia Onshore, New Zealand and the Pacific. Hope is based in Perth, Western Australia.

International Relationships Manager: Alison Chan
Alison graduated from UWA in 2006 after completing her degree in psychology. Since then, she has worked as a careers adviser assisting people in their career and employment journeys for government-funded community organisations in both Australia and Scotland. Her passion for helping people achieve their career goals led her to UWA, where her first role was as part of the domestic recruitment team, advising prospective students on which courses would lead to their preferred career. She has now been at UWA for over 10 years and currently manages UWA's student recruitment strategy and operations in North Asia (excluding China and Hong Kong) and North America. Regional Head: Rutwik Pungliya
As the Region Head, South Asia, Rutwik has worked to market UWA’s course offerings in the South Asia region for the last seven years. His remit includes student recruitment, research and development collaborations, articulation agreements, and establishing partnerships within the higher education and private sectors in the region. Rutwik holds a Master of Business Administration from UWA. He is an accredited Professional Electronics Engineer in Australia and a lifetime member of the Graduate Management Association at the UWA Business School. Rutwik is based in Pune, India.

Roshan has been employed in the international education sector for over ten years. Prior to this, he represented Singapore-based universities where he handled direct and school partnerships in South Asia. Roshan also has experience with Australian universities, managing recruitment and partnership portfolios in countries such as India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. He has travelled extensively across Australia, South Asia and Southeast Asia and is passionate about helping students achieve their higher education goals. Grace has worked in the international education industry for more than eight years, focusing on Australia and has obtained Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) qualification to provide adequate advise. With expertise in both marketing and counselling in previous work, Grace works closely with the UWA's partners, stakeholders and school counsellors in Singapore. Grace is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and will be supporting Malaysia and Cambodia recruitment matters.

With a degree in psychology and over seven years' experience in international education, Kylie has extensive knowledge and experience in student counselling, course promotion and events management. Senior Regional Manager: Trinh Ngo
Trinh has worked in the higher education sector since 2007 and has amassed extensive experience in student recruitment, business development, branding and marketing. Prior to being a UWA representative, she was the Education Marketing Manager for the British Council in Vietnam and has held various managerial roles with Study Group Vietnam and the South East Asia region, working with Study Group’s institution partners in Australia, UK, US and Canada. As UWA’s Senior Regional Manager for Vietnam, Myanmar and Thailand, Trinh represents UWA in these countries to lead the implementation of strategy regarding student recruitment, business development of the agent network and branding for UWA's reputation. Trinh is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Van has worked in higher education for more than four years with varied roles in stakeholder relationships, events, enquiry management and student advising. Prior to this, she attended RMIT Vietnam where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Management) with a minor in Economics and Finance. During her degree she took a six-month exchange program to Melbourne and also took part in a two-month internship. With vast experience across both domestic and international recruitment, Mary has worked in the higher education sector since 1995, previously holding roles as the Director of Studies and Pathway Coordinator at AUIS and the Business Development Manager at Murdoch Institute of Technology. Joining UWA in 2016, Mary initially managed the University’s global team of Regional Managers before narrowing her focus to the Southeast Asia region. She currently oversees UWA's student recruitment initiatives and stakeholder relationships in Africa. Mary is based in Perth, Western Australia.
