Foundations of Korean Law and Society
This micro-credential provides an overview of the Korean legal systems. It outlines the history and development of the Korean legal systems, and key issues in South Korean criminal and civil procedure law, and provides a brief overview of the North Korean legal system. Upon completion, students will be able to assess how Korean legal principles are applied in the Korean context.
Upon successful completion, you'll receive:
