Establish a contemporary teaching, learning and research environment that fosters success, community impact and engagement

Deploy principles of sustainability to secure our legacy

Expand application of environmental and social governance and achieve an accredited STARS rating
Lower the environmental impacts of operating our laboratories
Monitor the impact our activity is having on our biodiversity, and explore our exposure to climate risk

Sustainable financial management

Implement sound financial management to support strategic and operational priorities and preserve our financial capacity to invest in our future
Build financial resilience through diversified funding, including growth in our endowment, to protect our purpose against changes in policy or market trends
