The Woods family has donated funds to The University of Western Australia ('the University') to provide a scholarship to encourage and assist a high-achieving student to continue the Bachelor of Science with a degree-specific major in Geology or the Bachelor of Earth Sciences with an extended major in Geochemistry.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a domestic student;
(b) be enrolled, or eligible to enrol, full-time unless the coursework scholarships committee is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances which preclude full-time enrolment; and
(c) have competed at least 48 points towards a
(i) Bachelor of Science degree with a degree-specific major in Geology; or
(ii) Bachelor of Earth Sciences with an extended major in Geochemistry.
