Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be experiencing financial hardship;
(b) be a commencing student and
(c) be enrolled, or eligible to enrol full-time in the Juris Doctor degree course.

Paul and Meredith McGarry have donated funds to the University of Western Australia (The University) to establish a scholarship to assist and encourage students to pursue a Juris Doctor at the University.
