Mr Ralph Edward Pennington bequeathed funds to The University of Western Australia ('the University') to provide a scholarship to assist and encourage a high-achieving student to undertake the Master of Professional Engineering (`MPE?) degree course at the University with a specialisation in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) have received, or accepted, an offer of a place in the MPE at the University;
(b) be enrolling in the first 24 points of the MPE specialising in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.
