Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
(b) be female;
(c) completed an economics major at UWA
(d) be enrolled —
(i) in one of the following courses:
- Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) – Business Economics;
- Bachelor of Economics (Honours) – Professional Economics or Financial Economics; or
(e) enrolled in –
- the final 48 points of the Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) in Professional Economics, Financial Economics or Business Economics; or
- in the research component of the Bachelor of Economics and Master of Economics combined degree (CBM).
Applications are called for by the Economics Honours Coordinator and must be submitted by the advertised closing date. Applicants must include with their application a statement (up to 500 words) outlining their proposed research dissertation.
