Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a domestic student;
(b) experiencing financial hardship and/or;
(c) demonstrate educational disadvantage;
(d) be enrolled, or eligible to enrol in —
(i) full-time unless the selection body is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances which preclude full-time enrolment:
(ii) the Juris Doctor degree course
(e) provide a 300 word statement with their application which demonstrates how receipt of this scholarship would make a difference to their life and their aspirations following the successful completion of the Juris Doctor degree course.
