This perpetual undergraduate scholarship is established from funds donated by Mrs Karen Field and Mrs Bridget Faye AM, in support of the objectives of the UWA Centenary Trust for Women and in memory of the late Miss Dorothea Angus, who was senior music teacher and organist at Perth College from 1938 to 1970 and taught both the donors. The Centenary Trust for Women Dorothea Angus Memorial Scholarship is provided to assist and encourage a meritorious female student to continue their course with a major in Music Specialist Studies offered by the Conservatorium of Music at The University of Western Australia (`the University').

Eligibility
1. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be an Australian Citizen,
(b) be female;
(c) be enrolled—
(i) full-time, unless the Coursework Scholarships Sub-Committee is satisfied there are exceptional circumstances1 which preclude full-time enrolment; and
(ii) in the Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) degree course with a major in Music Specialist Studies; and
(d) have completed at least 48 points of a Bachelor of Music or a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) with a Music Extended Major
