Anne Hillman, Colin Sinclair and Robert Milne have donated funds to The University of Western Australia ('the University') to establish a fund to provide a scholarship to encourage and assist a high-achieving student, preferably from a regional or remote area of Australia, to pursue a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, with a major in Anatomy and Human Biology, at the University. Professor Sinclair was the founding Professor of Anatomy at the University.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants to the University are automatically considered for the scholarship and do not need to submit a separate application.
To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, an applicant must -
(a) be a domestic student;
(b) be a commencing student;2
(c) be from a regional or remote area of Australia
(d) have applied through the Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC) for a place at the University, nominating a course at the University as their first preference in the first round of offers; and
(e) be enrolled or eligible to enrol in the Bachelor of Biomedical Science with a major in Anatomy and Human Biology
