ALAN ROBSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

COURSEWORK

The Alan Robson Memorial Giving Fund has provided funds to establish a scholarship to assist students pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preference for providing pathways to Western Australians living in remote and rural areas at The University of Western Australia (`the University?), in honour of the late Professor Alan Robson AO CitWA, former Vice-Chancellor of the University.

Eligibility

To be eligible to be considered for the scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a domestic student;
(b) have applied to enrol into a bachelor’s degree at the University;
(c) be from a regional or remote area

Applicants will be required to submit a ~500 word statement that demonstrates their commitment to study and engagement with the community. Applicants should share their academic goals, persistence in overcoming challenges and examples of how they contribute and support others through volunteering, mentoring or advocacy.
