In many fields of work, it is becoming increasingly important to understand long-term and emerging global health trends. Changes in the demography, disease burden, and health workforce of countries around the world have a profound effect on the health, wellbeing, and prosperity of the population.
This micro-credential will build your knowledge and skills to find and use data on these global changes, including data on prevalence of diseases, population growth and ageing, health workforce capacity, and health emergency data related to humanitarian crises and climate change. You will explore the many data sources that are available online, understand their strengths and limitations, and learn when and how to use them in your work.

- Ability to use either Excel or another statistical package to create tables and charts to present analytical findings.
