The University of Western Australia offers a range of scholarships to prospective international students from across the globe, to help students like you to achieve your study and career goals. Our scholarships can help to cover the costs of tuition fees, moving or accommodation costs that may be associated with your studies.
Plus, many of our international student scholarships will be automatically assessed on application, so you don’t even need to apply!
International Student Scholarships
Global Excellence Scholarship
The University of Western Australia is offering the Global Excellence Scholarship to high-achieving undergraduate and postgraduate students across the globe who choose to study with us.
With this scholarship, you could receive scholarships of up to AUD$48,000* over 4 years on eligible undergraduate courses or up to AUD$24,000* over two years on eligible postgraduate courses.
Global Sporting Excellence Scholarship
The University of Western Australia is offering the Global Sporting Excellence Scholarship to high-performing athletes, coaches and officials from across the globe who study with us.
Like the Global Excellence Scholarship, you could receive scholarships of up to AUD$48,000* over 4 years on eligible undergraduate courses or up to AUD$24,000* over two years on eligible postgraduate courses.
International Student Award
The UWA International Student Award helps to foster a diverse student community and enables more students from different nationalities to pursue their study and career goals with UWA.
Eligible students could receive a fee reduction of $5,000* per year, meaning you could receive up to AUD$20,000* off course fees over a four-year degree or AUD$15,000* over three years.
