Career Pathways
In the workplace, graduates from this course are well positioned for leadership or advisory roles generally associated with employee and organisational performance. Graduates can use their skills to work in a wide range of jobs in both the public and private sector or as an independent consultant. Possible job roles include line (and more senior) management positions (with relevant experience in the workplace); management consulting; job analysis and design; leadership, coaching, mentoring and career development; work health, safety, and wellbeing; workplace advice and advocacy; change management; organisational development; measuring employee opinions and other workplace research; and human resources program evaluation. Job titles open to graduates include People and Culture Advisor/Leader, Organisational Development Advisor, Business Advisor/Analyst.

Students completing this degree and who have a Bachelors degree in Psychology have the option to pursue further studies in the Master of Business Psychology.

(a) a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA;
and
(b) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 60 per cent.
