Both sport and fitness have been a huge part of Aidan's life since he was young. Starting from being in school Football teams and doing fun runs with his family, all the way up to now. The touch paper was well and truly lit in 2015 when, after a period away from sport and exercise, Aidan started taking functional fitness classes and saw what a significant positive difference it could make to how he felt and moved. Aidan aims to help others feel the benefits that he has both felt himself and seen in so many others.
Following studying a Cert III in Fitness and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science, Exercise and Health, Aidan has expanded his interests and knowledge base to include sport-specific training, boxing for fitness, mobility and more.
