UWA shuttle bus
The University provides a free shuttle bus service during peak times of the year to help manage parking demand at UWA.
The shuttle runs during the teaching semesters each year:
- Semester 1 2026: Monday 2 February to Friday 12 June 2026
- Semester 2 2026: Monday 13 July to Friday 6 November 2026
The shuttle operates Monday to Friday during these periods, with two buses running consecutively.
The service pauses outside of semester dates, including during vacation periods.

Morning shuttle schedule - running from 7am to 10:36am
The first shuttle departs Claremont campus at 7am, following this route:
- Stop 2: Claremont campus — Car Park 112, Bay Road (view on Google Maps)
- Stop 3: Opposite Sleep Science, 10-12 Parkway (view on Google Maps)

Stop 4: Opposite Myers Street building, Myers Street (view on Google Maps)
- Stop 5: Opposite EZONE, Fairway (view on Google Maps)
- Stop 6: Near K&J Michael building, Fairway (view on Google Maps)
- Stop 7 (new): Gordon Street — opposite Early Learning Centre
The return journey is via Stirling Highway to Claremont Train Station.
From 7:27 am onwards, shuttle starts at Claremont Train Station, then stops at Claremont campus before following the same route.

Afternoon shuttle schedule - running from 2:10pm to 6:28pm
The shuttle resumes at 2:10pm, starting at Stop 3 Crawley campus:

Additional information
- On-demand stops: Shuttle will stop at Transperth bus stops on Princess Road — wave down the driver.
- Free for UWA staff and students — show your UWA campus card to board.
- Shuttle is not equipped with a ramp or lift, but has storage space for mobility devices.
