Know My Name: Australian Women Artists

Friday, 22 August 2025, 9am-3.30pm

This full-day professional learning program is designed for early learning, primary, secondary and tertiary educators, as well as youth and arts professionals.

Led by artist educators from the National Gallery, the workshop will explore creative learning strategies that support students to build personal connections with works of art through inquiry-based approaches. The session will focus on works from the touring exhibitionKnow My Name: Australian Women Artists.

Each participant will receive a verifiable digital certificate for 6.5 hours of CPD.

Additional free resources, including the Know My Name learning guide and online workshop, are available to further enrich your experience.
