As part of Held: On care and collections, artist-curator Michele Elliot will facilitate an online stitching workshop using simple design and sewing techniques.
Michele will guide you through the making of a small artwork that relates to ideas of care, connection and memory.

Materials:
Please have ready:
- A pencil, paper for drawing/tracing, notebook
- stranded embroidery cotton, 1 or 2 skeins
- needles for sewing
- plain coloured fabric, approx. 30 x 30 cm
- fabric transfer pen or pencil
- scissors
- optional: embroidery hoop
