Kevin Robertson: Artist Talk and Tour

Join well known Western Australian artist Dr Kevin Robertson in a tour of the exhibition Kevin Robertson: Paintings 1984-2022.

Kevin Robertson tours his retrospective exhibition which traces the artistic development of his work from the mid-1980s to the present day. Robertson began his career amid a resurgence of interest in painting and, more particularly, figurative painting, in Perth and internationally. His paintings include figurative and abstract images within architectural and urban frameworks and well as landscape and night sky perspectives.

Hear Robertson share insights into the development of his practice – both innovations and traditions – as he reflects on the diversity and continuities revealed in his works.
