Conversation: exploring notions of awe and the sublime

A discussion between art historian, Richard Read, and artist Kevin Robertson, delving into the sublime within Robertson's work.

Growing up in the wide spaces of the Goldfields in WA, artist Kevin Robertson has been entranced with the clear night skies and extensive cloudscapes of that region, exploring them further through numerous artworks.

Join Emeritus Professor Richard Read and Robertson as they discuss notions of awe and the sublime evoked by the night sky and cloudscape paintings featured in the retrospective exhibition, Kevin Robertson: Paintings 1984-2022.
