The Student Conduct and Resolution Centre (SCRC) works collaboratively to support our University community to demonstrate integrity, to meet expected standards of behaviour, and to respond to complaints/reports relating to University activity.

Reporting pathways
Choose what feels right for you
Six ways to raise a concern. Each is offered without judgement. You can name yourself, ask someone else to report on your behalf, or report anonymously.
Not sure where to start?
That’s ok. Many people aren’t sure when they first arrive here. Pick the option that feels closest to your situation and we can guide you from there.
You can also have a confidential discussion with our trauma-informed and complaint specialists by contacting the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team or the Student Conduct and Resolution Centre directly.
Support is always available before you decide to make a report, throughout the process, and afterwards. You can bring along a support person at any stage.

Fair
Everyone involved is treated with respect, including the person being reported.
Confidential
We share information only with people who need to know.
Effective
We aim for outcomes that are meaningful, not just procedural.
Informative
We use what we learn to make the University safer for everyone.
