MiniGym & MiniGymX

MiniGym and MiniGymX are designed to help children develop essential movement skills in a fun, supportive environment. These programs empower parents and kids to enjoy active play while building confidence and coordination.

What is MiniGym & MiniGymX?

MiniGym is a fun movement education program designed to equip parents to actively engage and teach movement skills with their child.

MiniGym is suitable for children aged 3-4 years, and MiniGymX is for children aged 5-7 years.

What is a typical session like?

MiniGym is a 45 minute circuit and MiniGymX a 1 hour circuit, that incorporates fun warm-ups, game style social interactions, exciting family home fun and a fundamental movement skill theme to be focused on each week. In MiniGym, one parent/guardian is needed to participate in the fun with your child, so there’s a great family atmosphere. In MiniGymX, a parent/guardian is generally not required.

How big are classes?

Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 10 families per class, allowing the expertly qualified instructors to be on hand should any assistance be required with skill technique and to most importantly keep the sessions fun! Please note you do not require an assessment to join MiniGym, but a trial session is encouraged to ensure the program is the right fit for your child and family.
