Academic Skills Workshop: Procrastination, Perfectionism and Pressure (Online)
Our academic skills sessions are designed to help you feel confident about starting your studies at UWA and set you up for success in your first semester. This workshop will look at the reasons and mechanisms underlying procrastination, perfectionism and academic pressure, and provide practical and evidence-based solutions to help you manage them during your studies.
