The University of Western Australia Business School has been ranked #1 in Western Australia and placed in the top 10 schools nationally for its MBA program, according to the Australian Financial Review BOSS MBA Rankings 2019 survey, released on Friday 13 September 2019.
Since 2007, AFR BOSS magazine has published biennial rankings of MBA and Executive MBA programs in Australian business schools, the rankings calculated from the results of an MBA alumni survey.
Factors considered in the rankings include feedback on ‘student satisfaction, improvement and value for money, and data provided by Australian business schools including accreditations, qualifications of teaching staff, research output and staff with current or recent business experience’.
UWA was singled out for ‘improvement in strategic and analytical thinking’ in its MBA, ranking 2nd nationally in this category.
With flexibility being the number-one driver for MBA choice, the UWA MBA is delivered in a variety of flexible formats for professionals juggling busy work schedules.
MBA Directors Professor Allan Trench and Dr Paul Crompton wish to thank UWA MBA alumni who responded to the survey that contributed to the result.
The University of Western Australia Business School is accredited by the European Quality Improvement Systems (EQUIS) and Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACBS International), and offers the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Intensive and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Flexible programs, with on-campus and online study available, as well as a range of graduate certificates that offer articulation pathways.
