When on campus, e-rideable devices should only be stored and charged in the University's dedicated facilities. For safety reasons, you should never store or charge eRideables inside a UWA building.

For UWA accommodation facilities; eRideables may be stored inside accommodation facilities, under the following conditions (*until suitable alternative facilities are available);

• The device is registered with the facility manager
• A timer is used when charging the device
• Charging is only allowed during the day and while the occupant is in the room with the device.
• Damaged equipment or chargers may not be used.
• Complies with fire safety information in section 3

**eRideable devices are any electrically powered transport options for personal mobility (including but not limited to e-scooters, e-bikes and e-skateboards).

Secure on campus charging and storing locations are situated at the e-bike storage cage at music (building 142) or the charging station for eRideables at 55 Broadway basement carpark.
