UWA Open Day is your opportunity to explore our main Perth campus, located on the banks of the beautiful Swan River at 35 Stirling Highway, Crawley.

There are several ways you can join us on campus at UWA Open Day on Sunday, 17 March 2024. We recommend using public transport, cycling or walking. Alternatively, free parking will be available on and around the campus, so you can consider car-pooling.

Not familiar with our Perth campus? Take a virtual tour before UWA Open Day to get your bearings.

I’m taking a bus

Buses to our Perth campus are frequent, with regular services from the city, Subiaco, Northbridge, Morley, Bedford, Inglewood, Mt Lawley and western suburbs.

Transperth's Circle Route (998, 999) travels from Fremantle along Stirling Highway and to suburbs north of UWA. Transperth’s Purple CAT bus is free and travels between Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and QEII Medical Centre and UWA via Kings Park and Thomas St.

If you live elsewhere in Perth, it might be best to catch a bus or train to the Subiaco Train Station or the Perth CBD and transfer to a UWA bus service.

Plan your journey or check out the public transport timetable for routes to UWA.

I’m riding a bike

We encourage cycling to and from campus. It’s ideal if you live within 10–15kms of UWA, plus bike parking rails are available extensively across campus. Need help finding the easiest and safest cycling route to UWA? The Department of Transport has a series of comprehensive bike maps covering the Perth metropolitan area, and Google Maps provides directions for cycling.

I’m going to walk

If you live within 2kms of the University, walking to campus for UWA Open Day is a great option. Walking will prepare you to explore our vibrant campus and help you arrive alert and energised.

I'm going to drive

There will be free parking available on and around campus, you can view the parking map and plan ahead. We encourage you to carpool if you decide to drive on the day.
