What standards do you follow for testing?
All testing is conducted in accordance with International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) guidelines and British Pharmacopoeia (BP) quality standards.
How long does the analysis process take?
Standard turnaround time is approximately two weeks after samples are received.
What are the compounded formulations tested for?
Samples are tested for drug content according to ICH guidelines and BP quality standards.
Do you provide documentation or a certificate of analysis?
Yes, a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided for all completed tests.
How do I submit a sample for testing?
Please download the sample submission form from our webpage, complete it, and submit it with your sample. A Certificate of Analysis will be issued upon completion of testing.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. All client data and results are treated as confidential.

Once analysis is complete, the Certificate of Analysis will be sent via email.

How much does the analysis cost?

The cost per sample is 200 AUD + GST.

The cost for five samples of the same API is 750 AUD +GST.

Additional fees will apply for priority testing.
