Prepare your students for their music examinations and beyond
Teachers and students are invited to join expert educators and musicians to demystify the ATAR syllabus. Designed to support those on their ATAR journey, this program presented by WASO and The University of Western Australia includes workshops, a concert performance and a suite of online resources.
Commencing with the UWA ATAR Insights Symposium, UWA Academics present engaging workshops to help students ensure they are prepared and confident in their studies. UWA Conservatorium of Music students then perform side-by-side with WASO musicians in the ATAR Designated Works Concert, presenting excerpts taken from the Compulsory Genre, Concerto and Symphony set works alongside discussion on historical and cultural perspectives and analysis of key concepts.
Give your ATAR students a head start for their exams!
