UWA Sport has partnered with Building Inclusive Communities WA (BICWA) to deliver webinars, mentoring, community development courses, and workshops for participating clubs and community members.

The BICWA project, powered by Inclusion Solutions, assists through capacity building, mentoring and a range of practical supports to ensure all people, regardless of ability, race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, feel a sense of belonging, can actively participate in community life and have a valued role to play.

The program will benefit participating clubs and community members, helping them strengthen their club, identify new partnership opportunities, attract new members and volunteers, and promote social inclusion in the community.

Members of the UWA sporting community are able to register for a suite of webinars to help embed inclusive principles and practices. The first webinar, Principles of Inclusion, will take place on Wednesday 28 April.
