As soon as you get started at UWA, we encourage you to build your employability. At this stage, we have opportunities for you to explore what your future could look like, be mentored and learn from industry experts and gain real-world experience to road-test your potential career.
Here’s a checklist to help you get started:

- UWA's Job Ready Program — Apply for the program as soon as you're enrolled.

UWA Job Ready Program

The Job Ready Program was developed based on insights from over 80 industry partners and more than 1,000 UWA students. Each short, self-paced online module focuses on a core skill valued by industry. Upon completion, you’ll have practical skills in professional communication and be equipped to navigate the workplace with confidence.
Launching in August 2025.
