College Row: Just across the road from UWA, our five residential colleges offer more than just convenience — They’re supportive communities where lifelong friendships are formed, unforgettable experiences are shared, and residents can access academic support while getting involved in social, cultural, and leadership opportunities.
Crawley Village: A vibrant academic community for PhD students and their families with over 200 houses, apartments, and studio apartments, located throughout the leafy suburb of Crawley, offering convenient and independent living.
Forrest Hall: Forrest Hall is home to over 60 PhD scholars and postdoctoral fellows supported by the Forrest Research Foundation, offering exclusive accommodation for researchers and their families conducting world class research in WA.

A vibrant community for PhD students
Situated on Whadjuk Noongar boodja (country), our academic housing offers over 200 houses, units and studio apartments across the leafy suburb of Crawley, providing convenient, independent living for PhD students and their families.
Within the collection of accommodation there are studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments or houses that are self-contained. Each apartment has individual bedroom/s with shared bathrooms, kitchen and laundry contained within the premise.

Forrest Hall offers exclusive accommodation for Forrest Research Foundation Scholars, Fellows, and Creative Fellows-supporting researchers and their families as they undertake world-class research in Western Australia. Forrest Hall offers a stimulating, creative environment where scholars live, learn, and connect-enhanced by river views and a supportive community driving innovation across WA universities.
The Forrest Research Foundation’s mission is to build a world-leading collaborative research centre in Western Australia, supporting over 60 talented PhD scholars and postdoctoral fellows from diverse disciplines. Researchers pursue projects from blue-sky research to commercialisation and policy, selected for excellence, engagement, and curiosity.
