If you want to start a business or launch a startup
For creative problem-solvers who want to be their own boss and start something new in the business world, the Enterprise and Innovation major in the Bachelor of Business is where it’s at. You’ll learn about the entrepreneurial process from concept to current developments in the field, and discover product development, innovation management and how small businesses create and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
If you want a specialist career
For those who know they’d like to pursue a career as an accountant, financial adviser, auditor, marketer and so forth, choosing a first major in your interest area is recommended:

You can then continue with postgrad study for accreditation in your field. Not entirely keen to commit to a specialisation and want to leave potential career changes as an option? The Bachelor of Business’ generalist majors – Business Management, Enterprise and Innovation, and Global Business – will prepare you for roles within areas like management consultancy, small business, product development, new venture creation and marketing research consultancy, so you can pivot whenever you need.
If you want to do a bit of everything
Whether you choose a Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Commerce, UWA allows you to take a second major from any other degree. That’s any other degree. Here are some interesting combinations:
