UWA Executive appointed to Advance HE Board

The University of Western Australia’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education, Professor David Sadler, has been appointed to the Board of UK-based higher education charity Advance HE.

Advance HE is a member-led, sector-owned charity that works with institutions and higher education across the world to improve higher education for staff, students and society. 

Professor Sadler is one of six new Board members and the only appointment from outside the UK.

“I’m looking forward to working with the Board to successfully deliver Advance HE’s key strategic goals,” Professor Sadler said.

“These are to enhance confidence and trust in higher education, address systemic inequalities for staff and students, and advance education to meet the evolving needs of students and society.”
