Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) is a national test designed to assess aptitude for undertaking an undergraduate degree. If you do not meet the minimum entry requirements for UWA, and you feel confident in your ability to succeed in an undergraduate degree, then you may wish to consider taking this test.
This online workshop will help prepare you for the STAT. The workshop will specifically address the Written English component of the test, and discuss ways to develop your writing skills in preparation for the two short essays you are required to write.
You will learn how to interpret an essay question, structure your writing, develop an argument, and how to write analytically and coherently. The workshop will also outline some general study strategies to assist you as you get ready for the STAT.
We're here to help if you have any questions. Contact us here.
