Studying at the UWA Business School has been a rewarding experience and helped me understand how concepts can be applied in the real world with the guidance of lecturers who are always there to help. I chose to do a Master of Business Information Management because I wanted to expand my knowledge in project management for IT infrastructure. The units in the course teach me new skills and provide a practical application in current organisational structures.
Lakshmi TummalaMaster of Business Information and Logistics Management
The Master of Business Information and Logistics Management is a very unique course at UWA. It blends specific areas to prepare you for the business world. In addition to the eminent professors and high-quality lectures in the Faculty, we get the opportunity to receive personal guidance. As a Guild member, I enjoy the exposure I get to different disciplines because the students involved are from departments all over the University.

I most enjoy the way the course content relates to current issues in schools and how the assessments are practical and allow me to tie current theory to my school experiences. As the leading university in the state I knew that I would be exposed to quality lecturers who are experts in their chosen field and have made an impact in education. I liked the way the course allowed for part-time study over four years and the options structure that allowed for freedom to follow areas of interest.
Lisa ZhangMaster of Teaching - Coursework (Early Childhood)
I chose to study a Master of Teaching in Early Childhood because I really like children and I am keen to get to know Australia's education system. My favourite thing about the course is the amazing teachers! They are so passionate, caring and supportive. I also enjoy group work, because we have such a small group and I've gotten really close with my peers.
UWA is such a beautiful university and the academic achievements are incredible. I love the area so I moved to Nedlands, and I am now studying and enjoying the environment - and the people are so friendly.
