Residential Colleges
UWA's Residential Colleges - commonly referred to as College Row - provide hassle-free student accommodation in Perth. You'll enjoy an amazing lifestyle that includes meals, Wi-Fi, all your utilities and a great community of friends.

How do I request room information?
Accommodation specific queries, such as the room type and contracted lease dates, will need to be directed to each agency / property.

Can I apply for more than one location at a time?
Yes you can, but once an offer of accommodation is sent to you it is important that you either accept or decline quickly so other students have the chance to secure a spot.

How do I get to know the property?
Research your future home by checking out their website, reading the reviews, visiting the property (if possible) to see it for yourself, and/or grabbing a brochure from the customer service desk. Due diligence makes for successful student accommodation.

How do I make payment?
Payment is taken by the property itself and not UWA. Any queries regarding payment will need to be addressed with the property directly.

What about housing scholarships?
The external accommodation options listed on this page do not currently support housing scholarships. However, you can always visit the scholarships website or contact the UWA Scholarships team by phone, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
