  • How do I request room information?
    Accommodation specific queries such as the room type and contracted lease dates will need to be directed to each agency / property. 
  • Can I apply for more than one location at a time?
    Yes, you can do so but once an offer of accommodation is sent to you you should either accept or decline quickly so other students have the chance to secure a spot.

  • How do I get to know the property?
    Research your future home by checking out their website, read the reviews, visit the property (if possible) and see it for yourself, grab a brochure from the customer service desk. Due diligence makes for successful student accommodation.
  • How do I make payment?
    Payment is taken by the property itself and not UWA. Any queries regarding payment will need to be addressed with the property directly.
  • Is there any Airport Transfers Service?

    For current airport transport options, visit askUWA.

  • What about housing scholarships?

    The external accommodation options listed on this page do not currently support housing scholarships. However, you can always visit the scholarships website or contact the UWA Scholarships team by phone, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.  

  • Where do I get my Study Perth Welcome Pack?
