Weddings, Corporate Functions and Social Events
You and your guests will enjoy stunning 180 degree views of the Swan River from our River Room or Boardroom. Ask us about our preferred list of suppliers and caterers when making your enquiry. The full space caters well for theatre style presentations, workshops or planning sessions but works equally well as a social event space for sundowners, cocktail receptions and sit-down dinners.

Function spaces
Main function room
The Main Function Room offers views of the Swan River and Matilda Bay Reserve.
Capacity: The maximum capacity for this room is 150 people for a cocktail function, with an approximate capacity of 72 people for a workshop set, 110 for theatre and 80 for banquet.
Availability: Mon-Sun 6am-12am
