Thesis: Sodium Phosphate Supplementation affects exercise Performance in Well-Trained cyclists
This research investigates how sodium phosphate supplementation affects well trained male cyclists. The protocols involved vary in intensity and duration. The studies examine how long after the cessation of loading the effects persist, and whether or no there are additive benefits from repeat loading.
Why my research is important
This research will contribute to areas that are currently lacking in the field, by providing new scientific evidence.
