Under the directive of the Pro Vice-Chancellor of Education (PVCE), the Educational Enhancement Unit (EEU) promotes innovation and sharing of excellence in learning and teaching across UWA.
The EEU also supports the implementation of the University’s Education strategy through the provision of hands-on support to academic staff, facilitating collaboration and the sharing of new and best practice.
Through the collaboration of our pedagogical experts and academic leaders, the EEU supports the delivery of excellence in learning and teaching at UWA.

Work Integrated Learning
Work Integrated Learning (WIL) bridges the gap between theory and practice by providing educational activities that allow students to apply theoretical learning to the workplace. These activities offer a meaningful workplace experience that is intentional, organised and recognised by the University, in order to secure learning outcomes for students that are both transferable and applied.
We are always on the lookout for organisations to host our students. By hosting students, you are investing in future generations by building their capacity to proactively engage with industry.
