UWA Claremont is located at the corner of Princess and Goldsworthy Roads in Claremont.

Claremont Campus

The site of UWA Claremont has a long history with learning in Western Australia.

It was originally home to the Claremont Teachers College, the State's first post-secondary teaching institution which opened in 1902.

The college later became the Western Australian College of Advanced Education.

In 2004, the State Government supported UWA's bid to purchase the site which by then was part of Edith Cowan University.

UWA Claremont is also where you will find Taylor's College, which provides foundation courses for international students.
