Key research
- Sharon Mascher is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law and Deputy Director (Environment and Climate Law) of the Centre for Mining, Energy and Resources Law. She has served as the Associate Dean of the Law Faculty and is currently a member of the Environmental Defender’s Office (WA) Management Committee. Associate Professor Mascher has previously held academic positions at the University of Saskatchewan and Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
- Associate Professor Mascher teaches in the areas of environmental law, mining law, property law and climate law at the undergraduate and post-graduate level. Her current research interests are focused in the area of climate law.
