Biography
Born into humble beginnings, this IT wonder has grown and evolved, from geek through to guru. Always available to answer both the most puzzling or mundane questions on any device or system that has a plug attached.
Roles, responsibilities and expertise
If it can be plugged in, I look after it. This includes, but is not limited to computers, switches, printers, data projectors and coffee machines. I excel at providing advice to reboot and see if the problem goes away. On the rare occasion the problem still exists, I can provide a large hammer to eradicate the problem for good.
Honours and awards
I once received a prize for guessing the correct number of jelly beans in a jar. A skill I still hold dear to my heart.
Current external positions
I currently hold a DPS and Off Tank position on semi regular raids into endgame instances and tank heroics on a daily basis. If reliable heals are provided, I am available to tank almost anything.
New and noteworthy
Yes, yes, I am. I now have three level 80 characters on World of Warcraft, which may or may not be impressive.
