Biography
Professor Neil Morgan was previously the Director of Studies at the Crime Research Centre and currently lectures in the Law School.

Neil has published widely on corrections, sentencing and criminal law, including Criminal Law in Singapore and Malaysia, Butterworths, 1989 (with KL Koh and CMV Clarkson). His most notable recent publications are in the area of mandatory sentencing.
