Key research

David's academic interests include legal history and its historiography, public and constitutional law, native title and other Indigenous legal issues, legal theory, judicial biography, law in society and Australian

cultural history.

Roles, responsibilities and expertise

David maintains active practice, principally in
native title and other Indigenous rights matters and is a part time doctoral candidate in history and law.
