Roles, responsibilities and expertise

Jani's tertiary qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Arts with an honours degree in English Literature. She has also completed a Master of Laws which focused on the potential registration of non-traditional trade marks.

Jani McCutcheon BA (Hons) Melb., LLB Melb, LLM UWA. Currently teaches Intellectual Property Law and Electronic Commerce Law (semester 2) and Intellectual Property Law (semester 1). She also teaches in the Business Law program, and has recently taught Contract law, Electronic Commerce Law, Legal Framework of Business, Introduction to Law, and Marketing Law.
